HOW TO ORDER

Please note that Berkeley Festival subscriptions are not available for purchase online. If you plan on purchasing three or more events on a single order, please call and order through our Ticket Office directly at 510.642.9988 to receive your initial 10% discount.

To order single Berkeley Festival tickets online, go to Performance Calendar, select your performance of choice and simply click on the "Buy Now" button, located next to all individual event listings next to the actual performance date and time you wish.

You will then be transferred to the Tickets@Zellerbach Hall site for additional ordering information and to begin the online ticket purchase process, including a login prompt to the site. (If you have purchased tickets online previously through Cal Performances, simply login to the Tickets@Zellerbach Hall site with your same login in information. If you are a first time visitor register first.)

Our shopping cart feature allows you to purchase multiple Berkeley Festival events for one low $7 per order handling fee. To easily order additional Berkeley Festival events online after adding an event to your shopping cart, please return to the Calendar of Events located on that site and click on the Buy Now button located underneath the event of your choice. (From the Shopping Cart page, simply press the Continue Shopping button.) Or, using the navigation buttons at the top to return to the Performance Calendar. (A friendly reminder once again, that if you plan on ordering five or more events, you qualify for Berkeley Festival Subscription discount and additional Subscriber benefits. To order a Subscription, please call the Ticket Office at 510.642.9988.)

Selected single ticket discounts are now available online as well. (Does not include UCB student discount.)

Events ordered on the Ticket Office@Zellerbach Hall site, including Berkeley Festival tickets, cannot be combined in the same shopping cart as those ordered at Cal Performances Presents. You must complete online check-out and purchase procedures at each site individually.

Please note that Berkeley Festival events are not exchangeable for other Cal Performances 2007/08 events.

ONLINE ORDER SECURITY

When ordering tickets online, please note that you will be transferred to the Tickets@Zellerbach Hall web site to complete your purchase. Because the Berkeley Festival site utilizes frames, it may appear as if this ticketing site is not secure as there will be no unbroken key or closed lock symbol, nor an "https://" in the URL. Please be assured that this site is secure. If you wish, you can verify the security of page within a frame by opening it in a new browser window (or tab, if your browser is configured to use them). To do this, right-click on the Buy Tickets button of your performance choice and choose "open link in a new window." When a secure page is open in its own window, instead of being viewed within a frame, you can then see the security icons provided by your browser (if your browser displays them) as well as the "https://" secure protocol prefix in the URL.

Handling Fee
$9 per subscription order and $7 per single ticket order (except on in-person single ticket orders). Handling fees are not refundable.

By Internet
Single tickets available online at http://bfx.berkeley.edu. Subscriptions and UC Berkeley student discounted tickets are available only through the Cal Performances Ticket Office.

In Person
The Ticket Office is located at the northeast corner of Zellerbach Hall on the UC Berkeley campus, open Mon-Fri, 10 am - 5:30 pm; Sat & Sun, 1 - 5 pm. Holiday hours may vary.

Will Call
All ticket orders received less than 10 days prior to performance will be held at Will Call, which opens one hour prior to curtain.
