How To Order
Purchase 3 or more Berkeley Festival events in a single order and receive 10% off the full ticket price. Discount is available only through the Cal Performances Ticket Office (in person or via phone) and must be requested at the time of purchase. Discount is not available retroactively.
All venues are wheelchair accessible. Please contact the Ticket Office directly at 510.642.9988 to purchase accessible seating. Persons who wish to request additional disability-related accommodations, including sign language interpreters, should contact the Ticket Office at 510.642.9988 at least two weeks in advance of the performance to ensure best possible arrangements. Patrons using a TTY, please contact us via California Relay Service by dialing 711 or (800) 735-2929.
Ticket orders received less than 10 days prior to the performance and all reprinted tickets will be held at Will Call at the venue where the event is being held. Will Call opens one hour prior to the performance; please bring your photo ID when picking up tickets at Will Call. Tickets can only be released to the purchaser of record unless prior arrangements have been made with the Cal Performances Ticket Office.
Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby until intermission or an appropriate interval in the program, as designated by the artists. Please see Parking Alerts for event specific information that may assist you in arriving to the theater on time.
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Can't find your reserved seat tickets? Call the Ticket Office at 510.642.9988 and we will have duplicate tickets waiting for you at Will Call. Single ticket reprints are $5 per order. Photo ID will be required for pick up; we do not mail reprinted tickets. General Admission tickets can not be reprinted. Lost, misplaced, or reprinted tickets can not be exchanged.
Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs are subject to change without notice. Refunds are given only in the case of event cancellation. Handling fees not refundable. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
Tickets must be received by the Ticket Office 24 hours prior to the event from which you are exchanging. You may mail in your tickets or write "VOID" across the tickets and then fax a photocopy of your torn tickets (torn horizontally, leaving two strips) to 510.643.2359. The ticket office will call to confirm receipt of your tickets or fax. If you do not receive a phone call confirming your exchange within 24 hours, please contact the Ticket Office at 510.642.9988.
Day of show ticket exchanges are available up to 3 hours prior to the performance for a $10 per ticket fee. Tickets must be received by the Ticket Office no later than 3 hours prior to the performance; please see exchange instructions above.
Most performances are not recommended for children under the age of seven; please check with the Ticket Office if you are unsure if a performance is appropriate for younger audience members. As a courtesy to others, parents or guardians may be asked to remove children creating a disturbance during the performance. Please note: All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theater.
Please Note: Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in any performance facility.
