Single Ticket Discounts
UC Berkeley students (50% off); UC Berkeley Alumni Association Members, UCB faculty and staff, seniors (age 65 and over), and other students ($5 off). ID is required at the door. Indicate applicable discount in space provided. No double discounts or discounts on top of subscription discount. Groups of 10 or more receive a 15% discount; please contact the Ticket Office directly at 510.642.9988 for group tickets.

Accessibility
All venues are wheelchair accessible. Please contact the Ticket Office directly at 510.642.9988 to purchase accessible seating. Persons who wish to request additional disability-related accommodations, including sign language interpreters, should contact the Ticket Office at 510.642.9988 at least two weeks in advance of the performance to ensure best possible arrangements. Patrons using a TTY, please contact us via California Relay Service by dialing 711 or (800) 735-2929.

Will Call
Ticket orders received less than 10 days prior to the performance and all reprinted tickets will be held at Will Call at the venue where the event is being held. Will Call opens one hour prior to the performance; please bring your photo ID when picking up tickets at Will Call. Tickets can only be released to the purchaser of record unless prior arrangements have been made with the Cal Performances Ticket Office.

Late Seating
Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby until intermission or an appropriate interval in the program, as designated by the artists. Please see Parking Alerts for event specific information that may assist you in arriving to the theater on time.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Can't find your reserved seat tickets? Call the Ticket Office at 510.642.9988 and we will have duplicate tickets waiting for you at Will Call. Reprints are free of charge for Producer's Circle Donors and Subscribers. Single ticket reprints are $5 per order. Photo ID will be required for pick up; we do not mail reprinted tickets. General Admission tickets can not be reprinted. Lost, misplaced, or reprinted tickets can not be exchanged or donated.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs are subject to change without notice. Refunds are given only in the case of event cancellation. Handling fees not refundable. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

Exchanges
Available free for Subscribers, $5 per ticket for non-subscribers (certain restrictions apply). Berkeley Festival tickets may be exchanged only for another Berkeley Festival performance. (Cal Performances regular season tickets may not be exchanged for Berkeley Festival performances and vice versa.) Tickets must be received by the Ticket Office 24 hours prior to the event from which you are exchanging. You may mail in your tickets or write "VOID" across the tickets and then fax a photocopy of your torn tickets (torn horizontally, leaving two strips) to 510.643.2359. The ticket office will call to confirm receipt of your tickets or fax within 24 hours. If you do not receive a phone call within that time frame, please contact the Ticket Office at 510.642.9988.

Children
All children age two and over must have a ticket. Please inform the Ticket Office if you will be attending with a child so we may help you make the best seating selection.

Please Note: Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in any performance facility.
